Employed by LeTourneau Inc. for about 43 years, George Cupstid successfully led, managed, and worked to design systems for offshore marine and surface mining industries. Initially employed as a design drafter, George held positions of increasingresponsibility, including supervisor design drafting, engineering manager and project manager for 20 years at LeTourneau’s shipyard located at Vicksburg, Ms., where the world’s first in class jack-up drilling units were built and commissioned to explore offshore fields for oil and gas.

Mike DuBose has more than 40 years of experience in the international upstream oil and gas industry. Currently Vice President, International Development, for the International Association of Drilling Contractors, Mike began his career with Rowan Companies in 1978. He worked offshore for 17 years at positions including driller and offshore installation manager. He moved to shore-based management and accepted positions with increasing levels of responsibility in the United States, United Kingdom and Canada.
